What is a Non-Molestation Order ?
Many people who are victims of domestic abuse don’t know where to turn to protect themselves from being abused.
One of the options available is to apply for an injunction against the abuser. An injunction is a court order which protects you or your child from being threatened or harmed. The injunction either requires the person to do something or in many cases prohibits them from doing something. For example, the injunction might say they cannot contact you.
